Double room available in a Castlefield apartment

Looking for someone to replace my existing flatmate in a 2 bed apartment based in Castlefield, Ellesmere Street. There is a concierge and door access codes so it is very secure.

The flat is on the third floor, looking onto part of the canal. My room has an en-suite and there is a large communal bathroom you can use as I tend to only use mine.

It is a 5 minute walk down to Castlfield Locks along the canal, and very close to all local amenities/bars/transport routes etc. Ideal for someone working city based and commuters aswell as it is just off Mancunian way. Parking is either on street parking or there is an underground secure car park to the building. I personally just park on the road and have never had any problems.

This tenancy agreement will be a joint contract with myself at Juliet Twist letting agents. The bills are between £100-£150 on top pcm (inc. Council tax, broadband, TV license, electric and water).You will be required to provide your name, address, and contact details to the letting agents if you were to take the flat. This so the letting agents can do checks etc.

I am professional (British Sign Language Interpreter) based in Manchester and surrounding areas. I am a friendly, easy going Northern lass who likes to chill out during the week and socialise on the weekends. My working hours vary each day (between 8am-6pm) and therefore looking for someone who's not partying till the early hours during the week. I like to keep the flat tidy and clean and I expect the same from a flatmate. It would be nice to get to know you and go out as well as have my own space.

Ideally I'm hoping for someone who is a professional, trustworthy, friendly, easy going, and tidy.
