The lounge area easily accommodates 2 sofas and still leaves the living area feeling uncluttered. Lounge also has a TV stand with 50 inch TV, coffee table and dining table and 4 chairs. The apartment comes with a large balcony which is great for sitting out on during the summer months.

The room on offer features a floor to ceiling window, double bed, double wardrobe and bedside table whilst allowing space for an additional chest of drawers if you wish to bring one in. As the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the main bathroom in the flat would be exclusively yours.

The apartment is located in the Advent House development just off Great Ancoats Street and is just a 15-minute walk from Piccadilly Gardens / Train Station. There is also a secure underground parking space available if required.

The rent includes Sky Broadband and a full sky TV package as well as electricity and water. I work 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday with a few weekends sprinkled in here and there. I'm looking for a flatmate who is easy going like myself and respectful of my space and my belongings. I am not a neat-freak but I like to keep the place tidy and would expect any potential flatmate to do so as well.
