I have a double room to rent as my current house mate is moving out. It's not a large room, typical second room for a city centre flat, but well lit with two windows in an ideal part of town, just across the road from the Northern Quarter.
Great city centre location just off Great Ancoats St; 10 mins from Piccadilly Station & Gardens, 15mins from the Arndale Centre.
It's also 2 minutes to a gym and small shopping complex.
Share bathroom, kitchen and living room.
I'm sociable and tidy and would like my new flat mate to be as well.
I have lived with both guys, girls, gay and straight so I don't mind and I'm easy going.
