As my flatmate is moving back home, Im on the search for a new roomie!

A double bed with ensuite is on offer for £600 all bills inclusive situated in an absolutely gorgeous apartment in Vulcan Mill - Ancoats.

Im looking for a fun and like-minded flatmate to share with. Sorry boys, this is a girls only ad!

The apartment is bright and modern, theres an open plan kitchen / living room, 2 equal sized double rooms with huge windows, one with an ensuite wet room (available) and then a large bathroom which I use. Fully furnished!

As mentioned, the room is for £600 all in.

Im looking to share with someone who would like to socialise at times and not just hide in their room. Im not from Manchester so it would be nice to have a friend as a flatmate.
Im 23 years old, interested in keeping fit, travelling, beauty, shopping, nights out - just the norm Id say! I dont smoke and the apartment has to remain non-smoking.

Available from the 24th October - maybe even before if the date is a real issue.
