Double room for a young female professional
Hi,
I've just found a fantastic two bed property in the city centre. Both bedrooms are spacious and very similar in size, we could discuss who gets the slightly bigger one. They are furnished with double bed, wardrobe ( one of them is a kind of walk in storage area) and drawers. The flat comprises one bathroom and open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen.
Rent is about 440 each + bills+ agency fee.
Please note: I'm only looking to share with a female professional to share council tax costs ( unless you are a posgrad and you are willing to pay your part of the council tax).
After having lost other flats for not being fast enough, I would ideally like to find someone who can take a decision before the viewing next week ( I've got pictures of course! ) and come to the agency with me ASAP :)
