Large open plan shared kitchen, lounge and dining area that is fully furnished and includes all amenities. Two good sized double bedrooms, one with en-suite, the second bedroom with sole use of the main bathroom. Secure underground parking available.
Bills will be equally shared and flat is available from the 19th of September

I have stated my interest in this flat with the estate agents and once I have found a flatmate I will begin the tenancy agreement.
I have previously lived in this building so can vouch for security, on-site office (collect your post/deliveries) and city centre location.
I am looking for a flatshare as I have just completed a professional placement year in Bath, and am now moving back to Manchester to complete my final year. All of my uni friends didn't do a placement year hence they have graduated already.
I'm 22, friendly and a typical girly-girl. I am easy to live with and am hoping to gain a friend, not just a flatmate.
