I'm a 25 year old working professional with a spare room to rent on the wharf-side of Castlefield. My current flatmate is moving out and so the room will be available from mid/end of September subject to when someone could move in.
The flat has a large open-plan living room/kitchen/dining area and balcony, and the spare room is a double bedroom with sole use of the main bathroom.
The overall budget including rent and bills comes to around £510 pcm.
The flat is close to transport links and is a 10 minute walk away from Spinningfields and Deansgate.
I'm easygoing, tidy, sociable, like to cook and I'm always partial to a gin and tonic.
