My current flat mate is moving out on the 5th of November and I am looking for someone to move in. The flat is a nice size for 2 people with 2 bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms. Available is a double bedroom with solo use of the main bathroom as there is an en suite in mine. The rent is ÃÂã345 and bills come to around ÃÂã150.
The ground floor flat is in a perfect location just on the edge of the Northern Quarter, it takes 12 mins to walk to Piccadilly Gardens and just 5 mins to walk to the Arndale centre or Bluu bar.
I am a 24 year old professional working 9-5 out of the city centre. I'm looking for someone who I can not only live with but also socialise with. I enjoy relaxing in the week, seeing friends and sometimes, on the odd occasion going for a run, but most of the time I enjoy pigging out in front of the TV. At weekends I enjoy a bit of retail therapy and going out in the Norther Quarter for a dance... all the usual stuff really.
