Super hip triple cool flat in the Northern Quarter
Hello!
I'm Meg and I am sadly moving out of my double bedroom in our uber-cool mega-triple-hip Northern Quarter flat. ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ £400 a month plus bills (which come to about ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ £100 a month).
The flat owes its mega-triple hipness principally to its ridiculously good location, right in the middle of the Northern Quarter. So much so that we had to insulate the windows to stop the trendiness seeping in and killing us like some kind of boho carbon monoxide. It's nicely done out, has all the furniture you could ever need.
You'd be living with Libby a clever and fun journalist. We've become amazing friends since living with each other so I can highly recommend her.
The move-in date is negotiable but preferably the 11th of April weekend. The current contract runs out at the end or March but my place wouldn't start until the 11th so you could joint half way and just pay half a month (in the region of ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ £60).
