1 single room is available in a 3 bedrooms house.
Two floors house, one bathroom and a quite big living room, full furnished kitchen and a lovely garden with bbq. Projector for cinema night at home. Security alarm and nice neighbourhood are included :))
8 minutes walking from city centre and 5 mints to bus stops.

£340 per month incluted rent, water, C. Tax and internet. Gas and Electricity depend on consuption.
We are two professionals, that are always busy during the working time. We're looking for a kind, clean, tidy no OCD and above all easy going ;). In addition, we are responsible, sociable, and more love cooking, drinking, meeting friends at home and out. Furthermore, We enjoy to share living room and time with common and new friends :) .
