Spare room in City Centre Apartment

Hi

My existing flatmate is moving out in October, our lease is up but I would like to renew it. I have been in the flat now for 2 and half years so it is quite homely and well furnished.

Living/kitchen area - there is a shared living and kitchen area which is open plan. There are 2 sofas and a dining room table.

Room available - large double bedroom with drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.

Bathroom - This is the main bathroom with a bath/shower. You will have sole use of this.

The apartment is a duplex so the living room, kitchen and my bedroom are upstairs. The available room is downstairs with the main bathroom.

Me - I am 26 and a trainee solicitor working in the city. I'm sociable and tidy, enjoy going out with friends and having chill out days.

Bills - all bills are split 50/50 and come to around £140 per month. These include; phone, internet, tv, council tax, water and electricity.

Deposit/fees - I think the deposit is around £550 (I will double check this though) the agent will also need references and a fee of £150 for the credit check. There is also an admin fee for the name change which we will split, this is approx. £45 each.

Price will be slightly different for couples.
