I have been in this incredible two bedroom duplex loft apartment for almost 2 years and I'm renting out a bedroom for the June and July.

The flat is Located in the landmark Smithfield Buildings in the heart of the Northern Quarter. The building is the coolest I found in Manchester after a bunch of viewings. It was converted by Urban Splash in the late 90's into 81 loft apartments so it is very clean and modern and full of character.

Very much 'New York' style! Especially with the cool independent coffee shops and 'grocery store' downstairs and of course in the heart of the trendy Northern Quarter which is the place to be.

Your room is a good sized double room with good character. It is the larger of the two bedrooms, has a kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Contract car parking is available to rent at a discounted rate in the adjacent NCP car parking.

All bills are included in the price. (Tax, electricity, water, internet, BT TV)

For the location, the quality and size of the apartment it's probably one of the best priced rooms you will find.

A bit about me...

I'm 27 and work for myself as an online marketing consultant. I also have two businesses that I work on.

I'm from Leeds, but I'v been back and forth to the U. S over the last 2 years, living and working from San Francisco, LA and Texas. I work remotely too which has allowed me to do as much travelling as I have. I do have a business which is run out of LA so I will be spending a little bit of time there too which means you may get the apartment to yourself for a few weeks at a time.

I work hard throughout the week and often into most nights and work from home on my laptop or at a coffee shop. On weekends I will be going out with friends or staying in and chilling out, watching football, having good food, good drinks and good conversation. I appreciate a clean house (I don't have ocd), and a clean lifestyle too.

One last thing... Don't think this is one of those "it looked awesome on the photos but not in real life" listings (We have all had them!). It definitely has the 'Wow' factor as soon as you step foot in the place!
