Double room in good sized flat. Large living room with a seperate Kitchen and 1 bathroom. My current flatmate who i have lived with for 3 years (after finding him on here)is moving out to get a place with his girlfriend. I am looking for someone easy going who i can trust to pay their rent and a straight spilt with electricity, council tax, internet (we would be on seperate contracts with a private landlord without an agency).
