Double room in cute house in Manchester centre

Hi,

The room is one of two in a cute house just a ten minute walk to the city centre (Just by the Renault Garage on Blackfriars road if that helps).

The room is a double, fully furnished with a new bed this year. The rest of the house consists of a shared bathroom (modern furnishings with a shower over the bath), a large living room (with a big TV!) and a kitchen. The kitchen has all the regular things, plus a second freezer, a washing machine and a new stove.

The monthly rent is £297. 5 and bills are about £100 a month, if that. The house also has sky and a land line.

I'm moving in with my boyfriend and I don't want to leave my lovely friend all on her own :)

About my housemate who you would be living with...

She is also 24, she graduated from genetics at Man Uni last year and works full time now. She's a super fun person who loves making cocktails and loves cute little pubs with lots of cider (there's one just round the corner and it's amazing!).
