Double bedroom available on the 7th floor in Lumiere building. Situated on the City East Road, Lumiere building is within walking distance towards city centre, Manchester universities. Living here, you get more than a luxury apartment. Soak in a rooftop Jacuzzi, work out in the top floor gym or relax in the magnificent water gardens. Five star concierge services including dry cleaning and housekeeping service which can be arranged by a dedicated management team based in the building. Car parking is available but at an additional cost.

I am Coco and about to do my Masters Degree in University of Manchester this coming September. I enjoy relaxing by swimming and cooking, Chinese cooking especially. so if you enjoy Chinese hotpot, dim sum, you are definitely in for a treat. Also, I love to travel and to meet new people. I'd love to hang out with you on a night out or for a movie night, and making the apartment as homey as possible.

The room is a double bed, and my room is en suite so the main bathroom will mainly be yours. The contract is with an agency so you will be added onto the tenancy agreement. The deposit fee contains deposit (£745) and admin fee( £168).
There is a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a balcony. On the top floor there is a indoor gym with sauna, and a roof terrace which you can enjoy an amazing view of Manchester.
