The flat:
Large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a modern city centre apartment. The flat is in a well-kept, secure building that's right next to Piccadilly so is close to pretty much everything. It's fully-furnished, has a dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine and an amazing wrap-around balcony that gets the sun all day, which makes it perfect for kicking pack on the swing bench and drinking wine/beer on a sunny day.

Rent is £425 PCM, bills are usually around £120 PCM and the deposit is 6 weeks rent.

The flatmate:
I'm Leah, a 22 year old female who works in medical communications and just moved to Manchester 2 months ago. My current flatmate is sadly moving home so I'm looking for someone to fill his room.

I like the place clean, but I'm not obsessive about it, and I'm pretty laid back in general. I like the going on nights out, seeing movies, having a bit of a debate over several glasses of wine and taking spontaneous cheap Ryanair flights. I'm looking for someone to do the 'mate' part of 'flatmate', so if you're interested in the flat and think we'll get along, give me a shout.

I won't be taking any flat viewings without a prior face-to-face meet, so if you are interested we can meet up for a coffee or something first and see if we get along :)
