My flat mate is in America for 4 weeks so I am renting her room out on her behalf. The room is a double so it can suit up to two people. You will have sole use of the main bathroom (I have an ensuite) and full use of the kitchen and living area.

The room would be best for someone who is looking for short term temporary accommodation in the city centre - everything is within walking distance and public transport links are situated very close by for example if you need to travel out of the city for work.
The room is available from now until 24th August.
I don't smoke but we have a balcony if you desire to do so.
There is no designated parking for the building but there are plenty of complexes close by if required. I have a bike which I keep in the hall and another one could easily fit either there or on the balcony.
