I currently have signed a contract for a year and have found out I cant live in manchester so I am looking for someone to take over my room. It is a Deluxe room that has been refurbished (very spacious) with 3 other room mates and a large kitchen and bathroom that are shared (£102 per week). I am available to show this room to people. It is right next to the MMU university and down the road from UoM. Great location as oxford rd station is close and a 10-15min walk into the city centre.
