Double ensuite room in green quarter

Hi I am a maths teacher moving into an apartment in the green quarter and have a double room available; so looking for someone who is easy going and can have a drink and laugh with. The location is excellent next to the delights of the northern quarter.

About the flat, you have a choice of the en-suite room or the other room with sole use of the main bathroom. Both are double beds.

Features: Washing machine, dryer, Dishwasher, cooker/oven, microwave, utensils. The room is fully furnished with tables and chairs and sofas. Only thing missing is a tv.

Costs: I've included the bills in the price so includes broadband, council, tax, rent, energy and water.

The deposit is £587.50 and the rent is paid at the end of the month and not in advance.

There is an admin fee to the agency (O'Connor Bowden) of £180. Boo!

En-suite Room: £575 a month inc bills
Other Room: £560 a month inc bills
Couples: Cost will higher due to bills being higher (no figure estimated yet)
Short term lets may be charged more.

I move in next week so will have to sort setting up the broadband and everything else with the flat.

Viewings can be held next week (after 5pm). or before 8:30am! There'll be a lot of viewings next week so I'll offer the room to the best compatible person or highest offer to preserve my sanity!
