Single room available in a shared house, with 2 people. Closer to Piccadilly, 10 minutes of slowly walk to market street (M3). The house to share will be spacious, kitcen and living room with couches, tv and console, bathroom and garden where we sometimes enjoy some barbecue. Wi-Fi will be available soon, maybe next week. The rent (350£ P. C.M.) included council tax, Wi-Fi and tv license tax. Electrycity, Gas and Water are exluded to the rent and share to the housemates. Usually the bills are 25\30 £ each per month.
We are looking for a clean and friendly person and the favorit candidate at least shoulde speak a basic english.
