Double en-suite room to let from Aug 11th

Hi there,

My current flat mate is moving out next month as she has a new job away from Manchester, so I am looking for a new flat mate to live with me.

The room available is a double bedroom with its own bathroom. The flat is fully furnished to a good standard. The apartment block is quiet so you won't be disturbed. It is a very short walking distance to the Arndale centre- it takes me no longer than 5 mins to walk there.

You will be sharing with me. I'm a 29 year old professional working in Manchester. I do work some late nights which means you will quite often have the flat to yourself.

I'm looking for someone who likes to socialise with people, so I'm not just looking for a flat mate but also a friend to live with. I enjoy cooking and drinking wine- who doesn't! I'm a neat and tidy person, but not a neat freak.

The contract starts on 11th August but we may be able to negotiate with the current flat mate if you want to move in a bit earlier.
