Hello, my current flat mate is moving to London for a new job and his double room is available from the start of September. The flat is in the Milliners Wharf complex (which has a 24 hour concierge service) and is located in the up and coming area New Islington.

It is:
10 mins walk from Piccadilly Station
15 mins walk from Piccadilly Gardens
5 min walk to the Northern Quarter
100 m away from New Islington Tram Stop.

The flat is furnished to an incredibly high standard and comes with all the mod cons Wi-fi, Washer/Dryer, Diswasher, Fridge, Freezer etc etc. The bedroom is a double bedroom with all the expected furniture and fittings, and with the other room having a en suite you would have full use of the main bathroom. Currently, I am using the car parking space but many residents within the apartment complex are often willing to rent their car parking spaces.

My name is Mark and I’m 22 year old professional who works a standard 9-5. I having been living in Manchester for about four years now and would say I'm a laid back, clean and tidy individual who gets along with most people. I’m a sociable and outgoing guy with interests in loads of things, sport, TV, Film etc…
The room is available for £400 PCM, with bills averaging around an extra £100 a month.
