We have a room in the 6th floor in a City Center flat (near Green Quarter) since our flatmate Gorka is moving out with his girlfriend... loser!
The room has a double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers & a bedside end table.
Shared living room with TV, PS3, sofas.. Nice view in the living room, specially for sunsets. Kitchen comes with washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, cooking top, Oven/grill, extractor microwave, toaster, coffee maker & kettle for the tea lovers.
We are 2 straight guys, looking for a 3rd flatmate, preferably a girl. We enjoy each others company at home, even-though we work together. Casual beer or crazy tequila nights,, meals together with a movie, going out, house parties, chilling out, weightlifting, running 4+ times a week, healthy eating, positive minded. We just came back home from Ibiza, so we're starting a strict diet! Personally, I'm a great cook, and enjoy sharing my creations :) We tend to split costs, so we hope youre ok with that.
Rent is 317 a month. Council tax, electricity (no gas) & broadband rounds it up to 400 a month.
