I am currently looking for a new flatmate (my current flatmate sadly is set to leave in May to be closer to where he works).
The flat is in a fantastic central location (2 mins walk from the station and 5 mins from Northern Quarter, a gym and the shops).
The room on offer is spacious and comes with it's own bathroom with a shower/bath and full wall mirror.
I'm looking for a sociable and outgoing person to live with me who is partial to the odd drink, good music and a regular night out. Ideally a new mate, not someone to cohabit with.
The flat is modern, fitted with new appliances (including a dishwasher) and has a large wrap-around balcony.
