I currently live in Ancoats, 10 minute walk from Northern Quarter and Piccadilly train station.
The flat is on the 5th floor of the Advent 2 building in ancoats. There is a balcony and fairly large kitchen/living room with a washer/dryer. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. It also has an en-suite wet-room.
The rent is £325 per month and bills come to around £100 - £150 a month (Water, Electric, Broadband & council tax)
I'm pretty laid back, tidy and fairly quiet, although I do have the odd wild night. I'm graduating in July so I'm looking to start a career at Media City. I'm a bit of a film nerd, I like going out to bars and the gym (which is also a five minute walk away)
