Big double room to rent in Greenquarter inc water

Room to rent in a two bedroom flat in greenquarter. It is a large double room with en suite bathroom.

Although there are two bedrooms in the flat, for the moment I just want to rent out one room.

As we are trying to sell the flat, I would like a one month contract followed by a rolling contract.

The living room is nicely furnished (I lived there before renting it out so furniture is of good quality) and the couch is also a sofabed. The living room has been recently redecorated. The kitchen is modern and comes with dishwasher. The living room leads out on to a balcony overlooking the beautiful communal gardens.

The flat’s location is very good with Arndale Centre and Victoria station within 10-15 mins walk. There is free on street parking in the surrounding roads.

Rent includes water.

The deposit is one month's rent.

I can be flexible on the length of contract.
