Mon-Fri Large dble room in Ancoats w/own bathroom

I'm Laura and I live in a large 2 bed flat in Ancoats with my partner.

We are looking to rent out our spare room on a Monday to Friday basis.

My flat is on the first floor in the NQ4 buildings in Ancoats, which are a 5 minute walk from the Northern Quarter and 10 minutes from Piccadilly and Market Street. It is a secure building with a code entry and lift access. There is an Aldi, Puregym and Marks and Spencers outlet just round the corner, as well as a number of local convenience shops, bars, cafes and restaurants just seconds away.

The spare room comes with the main use of the large bathroom (equipped with a generously sized bath, a power shower, sink and toilet) across the hallway. We have an en suite room so will not need to use the main one. As it is a Monday to Friday let, we provide the bedsheets and towels, and wash these on a regular basis for you. You are also free to use the washing machine as you wish.

There is a shared living room/kitchen with a large Juliette balcony.

The room is 12. 5 feet by 11. 5 feet. There is a double bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers and wardrobe (the room now has a double wooden wardrobe rather than the single fabric one shown in the picture). This furniture fits easily into the room with space to spare for further furniture i. e. bookcase, if you wish to bring your own, as well as ample walking space. As you can see from the pictures, the two windows afford the room a lot of light.

The flat is a new development, with ourselves being its first occupants. It is freshly decorated, clean, light and spacious.

Down one flight of stairs there is access to a carpark with room for bikes. It is also easy to arrange to rent a space if desired.

The price of the room is £400 per month, with a £250.00 deposit and first month paid in advance. This includes all bills, including broadband and council tax.

My partner Matt and I are friendly, clean and quiet. I’m a teacher and Matt works at Leeds College of Music so we both work long hours!

The room is ideal for someone who wants to avoid a long commute and is looking for a spacious room with a private bathroom in a quiet flat. My current lodger has been here for over a year and is moving due to starting a job out of Manchester.
