Since moving in with my partner in January I decided to rent out my old room, the master bedroom, in my property. I currently have a short term lodger in the room who is moving out on the 8th April.
The bedroom is a spacious double room, furnished with a double bed &mattress, a 3 door wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers and 2 bedside drawer units. The master bathroom, which has a bath with shower overhead, is as an ensuite to the master bedroom and you will have sole use of this bathroom.
The property is a townhouse in the Eastbank/Advent Way development in Ancoats. With the room you will have solo use of a bathroom and parking available either in the garage or in front of the house which is on a private gated road. There is unlimited wifi provided. I already have lodgers in the 2nd bedroom, they are a lovely couple who lived alongside me for 18 months. They are respectful, clean and most importantly extremely friendly. They are very mature and come across older than their actual ages. I'm looking for £600 PCM rent (inc bills) paid in advance and a deposit of £350. I'm looking for you to sign an initial 3 month contract and then a rolling contract can be signed if you wish to stay on after this term. The room is available from the 8th April.
