Modern city centre apartment, 1 minute walk from Deansgate locks. The room has a double bed with storage space underneath, wardrobe and extra storage shelves. I have an ensuite so use of the general bathroom would be yours. The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and other common features. The flat has Sky tv and broadband. Excellent transport links, just around the corner from Manchester Oxford road train station, and not too far from Piccadilly and Victoria train stations. Only a 10 minute walk from the shops and there is a Sainsbury and Tesco local around the corner. The rent is £450 pcm plus bills (service charge is included in the main rent). Bills usually come to approx. £130 per month plus electricity which can vary depending on time of year. On average the rent and bills should come to approx. £600 a month.

I am 34 and work at the University of Manchester. I'm a clean and sociable person and am looking for the same qualities in a new housemate. I tend to go to dance classes during the week so save going out until the weekend. I go to gigs and enjoy going to the pub, having a laugh and just the general sort of stuff.
