POSITION

The flat is 10 mins walk from both Oxford road and Piccadilly train stations, and town and is right next to both of Manchester's University campuses and Hospital so perfect for students or professionals working at the University.

The flat is 2 mins from the local convenience stores. Manchester's favourite bars (The Deaf Institute and Sandbar are 2 mins away), health food shop 8th Day, a tree lined local park are very close. Also Manchester Met Library, Manchester Met University, Manchester University, Cornerhouse cinema and gallery, the Town Hall, Manchester Museum, and the Northern Quarter.

Situated between Oxford Road train station, Piccadilly train station and Chorlton Street bus station, it's 10 mins walk to each so it's convenient for short trips away, or the airport as the express train runs all night.
