I'm offering a flat share in an great secure building right in the city centre (Northern Quarter). You couldn't be any more central, 0. 3 miles to Victoria train Station and 0. 5 to Piccadilly (the flat is opposite the Arndale). There is a Tesco and co-op outside the front so its a very convenient location but also quiet in the evenings.
The flat is much more unique than your average box flat with old industrial beams and large windows. Has to be seen to fully appreciate it. Its a great place to live.
