I am looking for a new lodger. I am 29, female, quite laid back and looking for someone similar.
The room is available from 1st Sept for around 3 months. It's a bright and spacious flat on the corner between Ancoats/Northern Quarter, about 8 minutes walk from Piccadilly Gardens. The spare room is a double, there is one bathroom. There is a lovely big terrace. I have a cat!
Would prefer a female but will consider a male if you're the right person. Must be clean and tidy, mature and respectful. I will request references.
Rent is £490 ( includes bills; Sky TV/broadband, Council tax, elec, water and tv licence).
