There is also a secure underground parking space available if required. I have an ensuite room, so only use the shower in the main bathroom. Bills for the flat are around £130 a month.

The flat is located 2 minutes from New Islington tram stop and only a 10/15 minute walk to the city centre. Local shops/supermarkets & gym are only a short walk away.
It's also less than 10 minutes to Piccadilly train station.

The Room is of good size & includes a double bed, wardrobe & bedside cabinet.

I'm a 26 year old professional who works in fashion. I'm sociable & laid back & would like a similar flatmate.
