Most importantly - I have two indoor cats, and I am looking for a male (straight/gay), non-smoker, professional.

I have a large double bedroom (furnished) available in my flat. The lounge is large, there is a lovely kitchen, and bathroom.

I am looking for someone who really likes cats first off (I have two Tonkinese indoor-only cats - so 'really likes' cats versus 'tolerates' them), who is reliable, professional, respectful, and clean/tidy.

I am looking for a male lodger only please.

The flat has a shared bath with shower (but, I use my bathroom - 'shared' as in guests will use it), wifi, dishwasher, oven, hob, frig, freezer, and washing machine. It is on the ground floor with easy access.

The available room has a king-sized bed, pocket sprung (very good) mattress, a wardrobe, side table, window, mirror, heater, and a chest of drawers. If you want I can send pictures or a video.

I'm more interested in finding the right person, than getting someone in quickly - I can afford the place on my own. No outside-only smokers, please.

The building is near Saint George's Church. There is an off-license, restaurant (Banyan Tree), and the bar (Binary Bar) very near; Sainsburys is about ten minutes walk away. It takes a little more than 20 mintues to walk to the Arndale.

Nearest train stations are Deansgate, and Oxford Road, and for the tram it is between Deansgate and Cornbrook (each is ten minutes away).

I am a professional with the NHS. I am seeking one person: so no children/babies, pets, or couples/spouses please.

There is flexibility on the term - I would like references, and formal signed agreement.
