I have a 2 bed apartment in Ancoats 5 mins away from the Northern Quarter, just across the road from the new metrolink stop new islington. The apartment block is called Vulcan Mill. Parking is ava.

The room is very spacious and the apartment also has 2 bathrooms. High ceilings/exposed brick work/fully furnished.

Ive lived here 2 years, work professional in the world of insurance Monday-Friday 9-5 in the city centre, very laid back, friendly and clean for a guy. I like to go out and have a crazy time at the weekends after a busy week in work!! I'm pretty active and go to the gym and enjoy cooking healthy food! Enjoy listening to all music apart from rock or heavy metal etc. I'm mostly into house music and go to events/nights in town.

Looking for like minded flatmate, who's clean, considerate, similar interests and can handle a bit of banter and someone I can have a laugh with.

The landlord lives in London and he's a pretty chilled guy. As long as we look after the place as if it was yours he's happy! 1 month rent for deposit. (375) bills not included. Bills come to about 150-170 a month each. Professionals only I'm afraid. I have sky to with broadband
