Room to rent with own bathroom in lovely city flat

We have a lovely double room to rent at Piccadilly Village (8 min walk from train station/12 min walk from centre of NQ).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR A MON-FRI LET ONLY - sorry for writing this 3 times but people have told me that this isn't made clear!

I'll try to update the photos asap as it's been redecorated and looks a lot brighter in real life!

The bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and an ensuite. There is a TV (if you need one.

The living area is open plan but definitely big enough to potter about without getting under each others feet. There's two large sofas and there's a big dining table. Kitchen has all the standard facilities with plenty of storage space.

There's a little Garden out back (tended by a gardener) and an area that can be planted with veg, this is something I'm intending to have a go at so if you are skilled in the veggy growing area this will be a bonus!

The flat is fitted with storage heaters and some kind of energy efficient water heater system so it's always a nice temperature and there's extra heating if it get particularly nippy.

We're not huge TV fans so just have the basic packages, but have unlimited sky broadband.

We work regular office hours and so if you're someone who wants to stay up all hours in the week playing drums then this probably isn't the place for you.

We're friendly, clean and tidy(not OCD though, so if you have a fetish for eating off the floor you might want to look elsewhere), and respectful of other people's space and belongings and we're looking for a housemate who is the same. This is definitely not a student digs!

We'd love a housemate that we can become friends with (I've met some of my closest friends through house shares), however if you're specifically looking for a new best friend and drinking buddy then I don't think this would be what you're looking for - We're generally pretty busy or knackered and like most people my age struggle to fit in the friends we already have.
