The current Tennant works full time in Manchester and is pretty sociable. I am looking for someone who will keep the place clean, who is outgoing and also very sociable.

The city center is a 10 minute walk away. There is an Aldi about a 5 minute walk from the flat, this is also located next to a Pure Gym. There is also an Asda that is about a 20min walk or 5min drive from the flat.

The flat is kept clean and tidy and viewing is essential.

The room on offer currently has a large desk in the pictures But this is now gone. This allows much more space than the pictures show off.

Viewing is essential and will be done by the existing tenant Ryan (your future housemate) these can be arranged from the from the 13th December onwards,
