Double Room Close To City Centre

Hi, I'm Adam, and I'm a single, young(ish) professional working finance.

Due to my current flatmate moving out at the end of the month, I am looking for somebody to share the two bedroom property which I rent.

The property itself is a fair sized second floor, two double bedroom, one bathroom, furnished flat located on Every Street (off Great Ancoats Street). The living room and kitchen are open plan and the flat "boasts" a "Juliette balcony" (a patio door will a rail!). There is a parking space available to the rear of the property.

The building is about equidistant from the heart of the city centre and the large Asda at Eastlands (about a 15/20 minute walk to each.) There are only five flats over three floors in the block and although there is no lift, it is only two flights of stairs to the flat.

Myself, I am a laid back, sociable gay lad who works hard during the week and likes a drink at weekends. I'm clean, but not OCD - leaving a plate on a worktop overnight isn't going to kill anyone.

I'm into an eclectic range of music (I go to festivals most years and gigs whenever I can), the theatre, Formula 1 and politics. I enjoy clubbing every now and then. I like my down time just as much as working and playing hard and sometimes enjoy my own company.

Not particularly fussed about who the flatmate is, although I'd probably prefer male. I've lived with gay guys just fine but have lived with more straight guys and that's always worked great too. Similar interests would be nice, but not necessary. As long as you're sociable, pull your weight around the flat and don't mind a bevy or my having people over, that's a great start!
