This is a top floor apartment and the property is situated on the banks of the Bridgewater Canal just 5 minutes’ walk from the Castlefield Basin and popular local bars Dukes 92, Barca and The Wharf.

The available bedroom measures 13ft x 9ft and comes with a Double bed , wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside cabinet. You will also have sole use of the main Bathroom comprising a bath with overhead shower, toilet and a sink as I have use of the en-suite.

The property has all the usual facilities washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, DVD/Blu Ray Player, CD Player, and WIFI is also included. There is a 40” TV in the lounge area with access to all sports and movie channels.

A bit about me, I am quite easy going and have lived in the past with both males and females of differing ages so have no preferences. I work 5 days a week 9-5 in the City Centre and at weekends during the football season I can normally be found in the vicinity of wherever Man City are playing. I also love to travel and have travelled frequently to Australia and America in recent years. I also enjoy the theatre, nights out and takeaways, the usual stuff that basically everyone does. If your looking for a party pad then this probably isn’t for you but if you like your quiet nights with the odd night out thrown in then get in touch. Ideally I want someone who will see this as their home and not simply a place to lodge.
