I'm looking for someone to share my lovely 2 bed 2 bath city centre penthouse with a young, friendly Lead Tenant, Aleysha.

The apartment is a penthouse in the desirable Albion Mill complex (right next to the new tramline) with one large and one very large double bedroom. Both are furnished with double beds, large mirror-front sliding wardrobes, chest of drawers, x2 bedside tables with plenty of room left to spare. There is a main bathroom and one bedroom has its own wetroom.

The combined kitchen and living room are fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances; a 5 hob gas stove, new fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, leather sofas, coffee table, TV unit, kitchen table, four chairs and storage space. The flat is newly painted, decorated and the living area has new floor covering.

The balcony is huge with fantastic views of the city. There are also communal gardens in the centre of the complex where BBQs are held in summer. Approx 7 mins walk to Piccadilly/ Northern Quarter.

Internet, ground rent and service charge included but council tax (£131/month) and gas/ electricity (~£50/month) separate.

There is no parking space with the flat but you can easily rent one (I used to rent one for £50/ month.)
