Well kept garden to the rear with BBQ, fire pit and seating area for nights outside. Off road Parking at the front of the property for 3 cars. Looking for a clean, tidy and friendly housemate, it's not a party house but we all like a drink and do have dinner parties to which you're welcome to join. We are both friendly and sociable but also respect your privacy and above all we all respect each other and agree to be quiet if people are sleeping.
