Room three is very large it measures 10ft x 7ft and has a double bedroom and living room area, with a fridge freezer, and would be best suited for a couple. Its available for a SHORT TERM LET ONLY from 3rd of Febuary until the 19th of March
The price is £500 for the entire term.

All bills included (as long as you don't go too mad); Gas, elec, water, council-tax, and broadband. Housemates contribute to consumables (loo roll, washing-up-liquid etc).
