Spacious 1870s wharf house to share with a couple.

Looking for a couple to share my house with me on the Gorton/Reddish border in East Manchester to be able to move in anytime from now. I've lived in Manchester for 7 years and bought the house four years ago and have had three very happy lodgers. I am increasingly working away from Manchester so I am looking for a couple who will appreciate the space to themselves at times. Rent is £550/month inc. water, council tax and broadband.

The house is well located nearby the M60 (jct 24), as well being very near the Hyde Road bus routes which go every 5 mins at peak into Piccadilly Gardens. North Reddish train station is a 5 minute walk away, and there is a ASDA two minutes walk, or a huge Tesco just up Hyde Road. Debdale Park and reservoirs are a few minutes walk away for a bit of calm countryside in the city, and the South Manchester Loop cycleway runs behind the house.

The house has a two double bedrooms, study, lounge, dining room, kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), bathroom with bath/shower combo and garden with barbecue. As the house used to deal with canal goods (the canal has long gone), it has large double glazed windows in every room. Piano in the lounge - doesn't matter if you're not musical but you will hear me on it.
