Looking for a lovely new flatmate + friend!

Hey! My current lovely flat mate has grown up and bought a place of her own so is moving out :( I really like the flat so am hoping to find someone to fill the room, but equally as important, someone who I get on with and can chill, chat and relax around/with!

THE FLAT:
Really nice 2 double bed flat in Sportcity.
Great location (10 mins from the centre, right next to a massive Asda and tram stop).
Cheap! (£310 pm for rent and dead cheap bills). Will be available from around start of April.
Fully furnished - open plan living room/dining space/kitchen, shared bathroom. The available room is a small double with wardrobe and bedside tables. We have a big cupboard for additional storage (with the washer/dryer in).
I use the parking space but there is parking nearby and often within the complex.

ME:
I am generally quite busy with work (I'm a teacher) and gym/netball but like to hang out in the evenings, natter, watch trash TV, sometimes do dinner or watch a film/do Orange Wednesday. Weekends are mixed too, sometimes lazy, but more often I'm out and about.

I'm looking for a fellow young professional (so no students or unemployed people) and English speaking. Must be a non-smoker, clean and tidy... thinking I'd prefer a girl but I could be swayed!
