Modern three bedroom flat share very close to city

The flat is modern; Built within the last few years and is secure. Especially with our flat being on the 6th floor.

Very comfortable double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers also included.
You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person (who is clean and tidy! I have an en-suite in my room.)
The flat has everything you need; TV, Washer/Dryer, Hoover, All pots, pans, plates etc.

You'd be sharing with myself (Joe) and Aaron (Moving in mid-May). Our new flatmate will be taking Johns's place, who's moving out around the first week of June. I have been in the flat since August 2013 and have no desires to move out.

Aaron co-runs a creative business in town, and enjoys Manchester's culture including food, theatre, music etc.
I'm an IT service manager working a couple of miles out of town. I like playing squash, watching films, going for long walks in the countryside (Peak District, Lake district etc.) and I'm also a foodie!

There is an admin fee of £100 to be paid to the letting agency for the paperwork etc. One months deposit, and the first months rent are also to be paid upfront.

Monthly bills come to about £100 each per month.
