Lodger wanted

I'm a teacher teaching at Chorlton High School and looking for a lodger to take a down stars room or upstairs. I play rugby on a Saturday and train during the week so quite often in late on week days.

The house is a 3 bedroom terrace house located near Cringle Park. It is just off the A6 and 2 mins walk away from a 192 bus stop and 10 mins walk away from levenshulme station. There is room to park a car on the street outside the house but no drive way or garage. The house has internet, a phone line, bt vision with sky sports 1 2 and ESPN. There is a living room kitchen area with a small area out the back to sit in the summer. There is a spare room (to be rented) which is available with notice for use by lodger when it is empty.
