A Bit About Us...

I'm Gareth, I'm 27 and am employed as a Surveyor. The other housemate is Alexendra who is also 27. Alex also has a friendly cat named Baggy who is 6!

We're both very friendly, sociable, laid back, easy to get on with and very tidy!

We're very open in terms of who we live and have no preference in terms of age, sex, sexuality or any other irrelevancy! We just want someone friendly and nice - not someone who'll lock themselves in their room never to be seen. Having said that I'm rarely there as often at my girlfriend so the main flatmate is Alex.

...and a bit about the house....

Great location, secure gated parking, 5/10 mins drive from the city centre with great transport links, 5 mins from Manchester university & the hospitals & surrounded by Platt Fields/Whitworth & Alexandra parks. Short walk to Wilmslow Rd and the bustling curry mile and a 15/20 minute drive to the airport. An Aldi also recently opened up just a few minutes away which is very handy!

I work on Albert Square and I can literally leave my house at 8. 20 and be there for 8. 30am. Great bus connections too which run very frequently.

The property is a brand new duplex (upstairs/downstairs) apartment located on a new estate, in a very quiet apartment block. More of a house than an apartment really as it has it's own front door. Access is also available to the roof (although you have to climb out of a window) this is basically a private chill out area with amazing views!

The house is very nice, very clean and very tidy - we even have a cleaner - included in the rent.

2 bathrooms, one upstairs & one downstairs.

Fully fitted new kitchen with washing machine, microwave and everything you would expect I suppose.

3 bedrooms.

The room for rent is a double room. Please accept my apologies that it's a tad messy on the picture - a full spring clean will be undertaken before anyone moves in! It's a great size, really not justified by the picture and is fully furnished to a good standard and bills are £75pcm - cleaner/council tax/tv license/BT Fibre Optic Broadband/utilities/service charge etc and a secure cctv monitored parking is available in a private car park.

You can put your own pics, paint /decorate, even put up a tv on the wall if required! I want whoever lives here to feel at home and you're free to add your own 'stamp' to the place.
