Double room for up to 3 months Longsight/Rusholme

I'm going away for a few months and need to find someone to take my room. The room will be available from 10th September until around 10th December. It's fully furnished; double bed, arm chair, fitted wardrobe, large desk.
We are all reasonably clean, tidy, mostly responsible and generally easy-going - looking for the same from a new housemate. All of us love music and enjoy going to gigs.
The house is a large semi-detached house on the boundary between Rusholme and Longsight, on a tree-lined street just across Birchfields Park from Hardy's Well at the end of Curry Mile. The number 50 bus goes from 5 mins walk away to Oxford Road, Albert Square, Salford Media City, and in the other direction to East Didsbury. There is off-road parking available if you have a car and we have a big back garden which catches the afternoon sun, with a nice lawn and trees around.
