I have a large furnished house on a quiet, private road which is a dead end so nobody walks up without a reason.

We like our peace and quiet, but we're friends and enjoy socialising. Quite a Bohemian feel to the house.

Washing machine/dishwasher available, as well as a living room which has a TV and coal fire, though the house is centrally heated.

We have a cleaner (Madge) who comes one morning a week to make sure the kitchen, Bathroom, and shared spaces are cleaned.

We are 200 meters from ASDA and less than a minute's walk from the main A6 corridor into the city centre, 192 bus route etc.

Longsight has a great market and there are a broad variety of food shops, takeaways and a Lidl just on the main road two minutes walk away.

We are lucky to have friendly neighbours who also like to socialise in the huge gardens at the back of these houses. If you like older property then you will enjoy this house.

I work abroad some of the time but the tenants are friends and viewing the room at any time is no problem.
