Quiet cul-de-sac, nice garden,friendly clean house

Next to levenshulme allotments/ Reddish vale, a three-quarter size bed in a single room over looking the garden. A large bedroom window opens wide. It has a double wardrobe and more cupboard storage space. Plus a little extra storage in the loft. The garden has a patio/bbq area plus a lawn for ahem, sunbathing. I have sky+ in a spacious lounge. The bathroom has a bath and shower.

I am sociable, clean and tidy, respectful, honest and courteous. I would want the same from a housemate that way we don't have to clean up after each other or fall out. I'm looking forward to some summer bbqs and hopefully you'll join in if you have time.

The bills are included but we have to agree on the timer settings to avoid nasty bill surprises.

There's plenty of parking and the house is bicycle friendly.

In Levenshulme there's a train station, frequent busses day and night, Tesco, Aldi, Iceland, pubs, take aways and restaurants.

Where possible I would like proof of employment and a reference from your previous landlord.

It is a none smoking house but there's a gardens with seating front and back.
